TRAFFIC UPDATE
As of 01:20PM, the roads (Urbano Velasco Ave. and M.H. del Pilar St.) previously closed for the conduct of the Pagoda Walk as part of the celebration of the Feast of San Sebastian are now passable to all vehicles.
