Starting 02:00 PM of October 31, 2023 (Tuesday) until November 1, 2023 (Wednesday), a ONE-WAY TRAFFIC SCHEME will be implemented in C. Raymundo Ave., particularly from E. Angeles St. to Mercedes Ave. (North Bound) to give way to the observance of Undas 2023.
