Only one lane of Ortigas Avenue going Eastbound-Rizal is passable to vehicles due to stalled truck (with its contents spilled on the road) in Cainta Junction, causing heavy traffic in the area, and likewise affecting traffic flow in Pasig roads connected to said area.
