EXPECT HEAVY TRAFFIC along C-5 Road Southbound (from Shell Gasoline Station to Julia Vargas Ave. Intersection) starting 10:00 p.m. of April 14, 2023 (Friday) until 01:00 a.m. of April 17, 2023 (Monday) to give way to the road reblocking of the truck lane to be conducted by the Department of Public Works and Highways.
