PROJECT TITLE: (A) Drainage Line with Slope Protection/Sheet Pile Driving, (B) Concrete road reblocking, and (C) Improvement of linear park along C. Santos.

BACKGROUND: Matagal nang problema ang kalsadang ito (dekada na daw). Ayon kay Cong Romulo, maaaring malambot ang lupa sa ilalim ng kalsada dahil sa ginawang tunnel ng Hunters ROTC mula Rosario noong WORLD WAR 2.

Pinagawa na rin dati ang "Sinking Road" pero laging nagkaka-problema hanggang sa tuluyan na itong gumuho. Nagpagawa ako ng plano (program of work) pero na-finalize lang ito pagkatapos matanggap ng LGU ang Report ng DENR-MGB (Mines and Geosciences Bureau; nagsagawa sila ng investigation/analysis ng lupa). Natanggap po namin ang Report mid-2023. Ngayon, tapos na ang construction pati inauguration.

(C) Improvements along linear park ~100m length
