Following the announcement of the Public Auction of Delinquent Real Properties (FIRST NOTICE OF SALE) last May 3, 2024 (https://bit.ly/PublicAuctionofDelinquentProperties_1stNotice), kindly refer to photo #2 for the UPDATED LIST of real properties (as of May 7, 2024) with DELINQUENCIES that will be the subject of the public auction.
Said public auction will be conducted on May 21, 2024 (Tuesday), from 10:00AM onwards at the Tanghalang Pasigueño.
Please be advised that GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES AND RELATIVES UP TO THE 4TH DEGREE OF CONSANGUINITY ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO BID in any or all of the properties for auction.
NOTE: The list provided is still subject to change as landowners can still settle their accounts until May 20, 2024.
