Isa ang programa ng Pamahalaang Lungsod ng Pasig, ang Prehospital Care and Emergency Medical Services Medical Control Program, sa 17 national finalists ng Galing Pook 2023 Awards, halaw mula sa 166 entries mula sa iba’t ibang lokal na pamahalaan sa buong bansa. 

Ngayong araw, October 11, 2023, nakatakda ang Panel Presentation and Interview para matukoy ang 10 programa na magagawaran ng Galing Pook 2023 Award. 

“The Galing Pook journey has been both an enlightening and fulfilling experience for us in Pasig City, and the inclusion of our Prehospital Care and Emergency Medical Services Medical Control Program as one of the finalists is already a bonus for us. This program is the City Government of Pasig’s humble contribution to the medical field, in particular, in carrying out prehospital care and emergency medical services — the potential of which was maximally utilized during rhe pandemic, and even now as we navigate the various challenges in healthcare in this new normal.
