NOW HAPPENING: Consultation-Review on the Draft Pasig City Comprehensive Land and Water Plan (CLWUP) 2023-2033

The draft Pasig City CLWUP is currently being presented to representatives from various sectoral development groups of the City Government of Pasig, 11th City Council, and barangays for the conduct of an internal consultation-review of the Plan.

Led by the City Planning and Development Office, the objective of the activity is to perform an internal review of the draft CLWUP following the parameters of the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development, and with inputs from the participants' knowledge end experience. Part of the review will be integrating updated data and findings into the Plan.

Apart from these, the activity aims to prepare the City Government of Pasig and relevant stakeholders for (a) the conduct of the pre-technical review with national government agencies; (b) the public hearings; and (c) seeking approval of the CLWUP as basis in updating the Zoning Ordinance.

The presentation on the CLWUP was made by the University of the Philippines PLANADES (Planning and Development Research Foundation, Inc.). After the presentation will be a workshop on the actual review of the CLWUP.
