Please be advised that the water level of the flood in Infant Jesus St., Metroville, Brgy. Manggahan is estimated at 2-3 inches (gutter deep), making it already PASSABLE to light vehicles.
F. Manalo Bridge in Brgy Manggahan has been re-opened to a two-way scheme, with narrow lanes, to select light vehicles (refer to traffic advisory: bit.ly/3zfcONw) but remains under monitoring.
