Pasig City Mayor Vico Sotto addressed the following points during the weekly flag-raising ceremony:
00:01-00:04: Mayor Vico greeted everyone who attended the flag-raising ceremony with a good morning.
00:05-00:21: Acknowledgment of City officials, departments, personnel, and representatives from national government agencies who attended the flag-raising ceremony.
00:22 - 03:12: Announcements regarding the Transfer to the Temporary City Hall
00:22-01:19: Mayor Vico announced that City Hall offices/departments are now ready to move to the temporary City Hall. He then highlighted the structural issues affecting the buildings and facilities at the current Pasig City Hall and shared that the offices/departments heavily affected by these issues are the most excited to move to the temporary City Hall.
01:20-01:43: Mayor Vico assured everyone that all aspects of the relocation have been thoroughly checked. He mentioned that services that need to remain within the Pasig City Hall Compound, such as those provided by the City Health Department, will be moved to the Pasig City Sports Center to ensure that these services will remain accessible to the public.
01:44-02:12: He also mentioned that the Pasig City Public Information Office (PIO) will release a schedule detailing the locations and transfer dates of the various offices, indicating whether they will be relocated to the temporary City Hall or will remain within the Pasig City Hall Compound.
02:13-02:24: Mayor Vico announced that starting September 16, some offices, mostly those providing frontline services, such as those provided by the Business Permit and Licensing Department, will move to the temporary City Hall.
02:25-02:45: He also mentioned that the temporary City Hall building is ready for occupancy, but preparations for the transfer are being finalized to ensure systems connectivity, with the help of the Management Information Systems Office.
02:46-03:12: He noted that the transfer of offices will not happen simultaneously to ensure that there will be no issues in the temporary facility (such as connectivity and systems). The transfer will begin next week to allow time for the necessary dissemination of information on the said transfer.
03:13-03:25: Mayor Vico respectfully requested everyone's cooperation for the upcoming changes, emphasizing that these changes will benefit all.
03:26-03:30: He concluded his speech by extending his thanks and blessings to everyone who attended the ceremony.
