Pasig City Mayor Vico Sotto addresses the following during the weekly flag raising ceremony:
00:01-00:23: Acknowledgement of City officials, departments, personnel, and representatives from national government agencies who attended the flag raising ceremony, as well as the host office from the City Health Department - Dental Section.
01:35-01:48: Additionally, he expressed his gratitude to Dr. Noel Vallesteros, Chief of the Child Adolescent and Maternal Health Division - Disease Prevention and Control Bureau of the Department of Health (DOH), for coming to the city and giving a brief explanation of what Vision 70-20 is all about.
02:13-02:38: According to Mayor Vico, the City Government of Pasig intends to construct additional health centers. He also reiterated that based on DOH standards, the dental section should be situated on the ground floor of the health centers.
02:39-03:21: He then mentioned some of the planned infrastructure works for the health sector. Mayor Vico also said that to address the overcrowding problem in emergency rooms of local government-owned hospitals, the City Government of Pasig will build two community emergency rooms that will be located in Brgy. Sumilang and Brgy. Manggahan.
03:22-03:41: Mayor Vico said that he recently had a meeting with the City Health Department and City Engineering Department to discuss future infrastructure projects for the health sector.
03:42-04:22: He also said that the City Government of Pasig is working towards the provision of health services to all Pasigueños. He also explained why the local government must rationalize health centers based on the needs and population per barangay.
