DISTRIBUTION OF FREE NOTEBOOKS, SCHOOL BAGS, BLACK SHOES, RUBBER SHOES WITH SOCKS, P.E. UNIFORMS AND TURNOVER CEREMONY OF 20 COMPUTER UNITS, SPEECH LABORATORY AND SCIENCE LABORATORY
More than 90,000 students in the 27 public elementary schools and 11 public high schools of Pasig City will be receiving free notebooks, school bags, black shoes, rubber shoes with socks and P.E. uniforms this school year as part of the City Government's assistance for the educational program. Mayor Bobby Eusebio will also turnover 160 brand new computer units, 3 speech laboratories and 1 science laboratory to several beneficiary public schools to boosts further the City's claim as one of the best in the field of education. This is a part of Mayor Bobby Eusebio's commitment to provide quality education to all Pasiguenos and encourage students to study hard in school as the City Government continuous to provide assistance to their parents during the opening of the school year.
in preparation for the start of classes, public school officials in Pasig City were joined and helped by students, parents and the local government employees in cleaning and repairing school facilities. Safety inspections were also conducted to ensure that the school buildings remain safe for the students.
"The City Government is sensitive and responsive to the needs of our students. Poverty is no longer a reason for Pasiguenos not to finish their studies." Mayor Bobby stressed.
