5TH PASKOTITAP FLOAT PARADE

Pasig’s Christmas Spirit glowed even brighter as this year’s Paskotitap Float Parade ushered in the yuletide season’s festive mood as the world’s best known superheroes teamed up with popular anime’ and well-loved Disney characters to bring a “Super Magical Christmas” for everyone.
 
Good boys and girls have much to celebrate because Batman, Superman, Aquaman and Captain America are working doubly hard to make sure that Christmas goes as planned, while the Power Puff Girls, Kung Fu Panda, Buzz Lightyear, Woody, the Angry Birds and the cast of Poof and Boing helped spread joy and cheers.
 
The crowd felt the magic as cosplayers in their fantastic anime’ and superhero costumes moved through the streets of Pasig City. Eleven street dancing contingents composed of high school students from participating private and public schools competed for this year’s grand prize.
 
Now on its fifth year, the Paskotitap Float Parade is a Christmas tradition eagerly anticipated by Pasiguenos and residents from neighboring cities and is included in the Tourism Department's Calendar of Activities.
